  • Islamic Studies Curriculum:

The School uses an engaging and challenging curriculum based upon the principles of the Qur’an and Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad ibn Abdullah (SAWS), designed to equip our students with a working knowledge of the Arabic language; an informed understanding of Islamic beliefs and principles (i.e. Aqeedah, Tafseer, Hadeeth and Fiqh); and a fundamental foundation of the interpretation and meaning of the Holy Qur’an. We use the program used by the Islamic Online University (IOU). Click here to see the benefits for these programs.

  • Arabic Language Studies:

The Arabic Language curriculum is designed to teach Arabic to non-Arab students of varying backgrounds providing them with the knowledge, skills and strategies necessary for success in listening, reading, speaking, viewing and writing Qur’anic Arabic.

  • Qur’an & Hadeeth Interpretation & Meaning:

The Qur’an & Hadeeth Interpretation & Meaning curriculum includes a comparative examination of the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (SAWS), so that students can demonstrate their understanding of the Qur’an through the examples set by Ar-Rasoolullah (SAWS). The curriculum builds a strong knowledge of Islamic principles through the study of Qur’an and Sunnah, so students understand the impact of Islam both spiritually and personally in their daily lives.

  • Islamic Science Studies:

The curriculum includes the study of Aqeedah, Tafseer, Hadeeth, and Fiqh, the four main fields of Islamic Science. The Islamic Science Studies curriculum encourages students to participate actively in scientific Islamic inquiry and discussion while developing a solid understanding of Islamic beliefs and principles. Additionally, the curriculum is a comparative examination of both secular and Islamic cultures. This analysis creates a point of reference by which students can compare lifestyle choices of Muslims practicing Islam versus those of non-Islamic practicing societies. Our students are reminded of the rights and responsibilities they enjoy with Islam and the due reason to participate in and protect an Islamic lifestyle.
